Information you submit
Our forms collect the name, email, organization, event details, and message you choose to provide. We use these details to review listings, respond to inquiries, and discuss requested services or sponsorships. Your contact email is not included in public event listings.
Event listings
Approved event information may be published on this site. Only submit descriptions and details you have permission to share. Contact us if an event changes or needs to be removed.
Storage and site operation
Form submissions are stored privately in our WordPress dashboard on Hostinger. Email notifications alert the site owner to new submissions. Our hosting and website software may process technical data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to operate and protect the site. WordPress may use cookies for login and site functionality.
Event tips
Public links and notes sent through our event-tip form are saved privately for editorial review. An optional email address is used only to follow up about that tip and is not published or added to a marketing list. Our calendar downloads and share buttons use the public event details. Sharing opens your device’s sharing options or copies the public link; it does not send a message automatically.
External websites
Event and ticket links may lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. We do not collect ticket payments through these listing pages.
Your choices
You can contact us directly instead of using a form. Please avoid sending payment details or other sensitive personal information. Requests submitted here do not automatically subscribe you to a marketing list.
